Terms and Conditions

Accommodation Agreement

Welcome to Las Aguas Inn. By accessing our facilities and using our services, you agree to abide by the following conditions designed to ensure a safe, pleasant, and elegant stay.

01 Object of the Agreement

Under this agreement, PRADAPORT SAS (Las Aguas Inn), hereinafter “the HOTEL”, will provide the GUEST with the accommodation services detailed in the registration card.

1.1. Room and Rate: The nightly rate includes what is detailed in your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to change the room to one of equal or better category in cases of force majeure.

1.2. Schedule:
Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 13:00.
Partial use of the day requires payment of the full rate.

02 Rates and Payments

2.1. Fee: The price corresponds to the nightly fee plus applicable taxes.

2.2. Extra Charges: The guest is responsible for all additional consumptions (minibar, laundry, damages) generated during their stay.

2.3. Default: Failure to pay will generate interest at the maximum legal rate allowed.

03 Safekeeping of Valuables

The Hotel has safety deposit boxes in each room. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables that have not been formally handed over for safekeeping to the Administration under a signed receipt.

04 Guest Duties

4.1. Registration: Every guest (national or foreign) must present their original physical identity document upon check-in.

4.2. Conduct: Maintain proper conduct that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests.

4.3. Visitors: All companions or visitors must be registered at the reception and pay the additional fee if applicable.

4.4. Hotel Property: Any damage to furniture, linens, or equipment will be charged to the guest’s account with a 50% surcharge for replacement.

05 Smoke-Free Policy

🚫 Smoke-Free Environment

Las Aguas Inn is a 100% tobacco and vape smoke-free establishment. Smoking in the room will result in an automatic fine of:

• USD 100 (cleaning and deodorizing).
• The value of two (2) nights at full rate (for room blockage).

06 Protection of Minors (ESCNNA)

⚠️ Zero Tolerance

In compliance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, we warn that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are punishable by deprivation of liberty in Colombia.

Requirement: Every minor must present a Civil Registry (Birth Certificate) and be accompanied by their parents. If traveling with third parties, a notarized authorization is required.

07 Termination of the Agreement

The agreement will terminate upon expiration of the term, failure to pay, or inappropriate behavior. Upon termination, the Hotel may remove the guest’s luggage in the presence of witnesses to make the room available.
